Who processes the data
BluePlant Holding B.V., based in Weesp, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 81272715. For questions about your data: contact@blueplant.nl.
The contact form
If you fill in the contact form, the data you enter yourself is processed: your name, your email address, and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and the description of your question.
That data is used solely to answer your question and to make contact if needed. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with others for commercial purposes. The legal basis is legitimate interest: you get in touch yourself and expect a reply.
To send the email, SendGrid is used, an email delivery service. Your message passes through their systems and then arrives in BluePlant's mailbox.
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your question, and after that for a maximum of two years in case you come back to it. If the contact leads to an assignment, the statutory retention periods for business records apply.
Visitor statistics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. That service places no cookies and does not track you across other websites. No profiles are built and individual visitors cannot be identified from it.
Because no cookies are placed and no personal data is processed for this purpose, this site does not need to ask your consent. That is why you see no cookie banner here.
Cookies
This website places no tracking or advertising cookies. If the contact form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, that check may store technical data needed to determine whether you are a human and not a bot. That is a necessary security measure and is not used to track you.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. In order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. Cloudflare acts as a processor in this respect.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- see what data is held about you;
- have that data corrected or deleted;
- object to the processing;
- receive your data in a portable format.
Send a request to contact@blueplant.nl. You will receive a reply within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The site is only reachable over a secure connection (HTTPS). Data from the contact form is sent encrypted.

If anything changes about how this site processes data, this statement will be updated. The date it was last updated is shown at the top.
